Life Coaching
Breakup coaching at Siyahila falls under life coaching. Our focus is forward-looking and action-oriented. We guide you in identifying practical solutions and strategies to heal, rebuild, and move on from a breakup. We help you focus on where you are now and how to take steps toward where you want to be emotionally and mentally. Coaching is less about analyzing the past and more about equipping you with tools to thrive in the future.
Counseling or Therapy
Counseling or therapy, on the other hand, delves deeply into understanding past traumas and emotional wounds. Therapists focus on diagnosing and treating mental health issues, exploring root causes, and providing long-term healing. Therapy is often more clinical and may involve addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma.
At Siyahila, we don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but we do integrate principles of psychology and other proven techniques to help you manage stress, build resilience, and move forward after a breakup. Our goal is to empower you with practical solutions to cope with heartbreak in a constructive and empowering way.
If your challenges are more rooted in clinical mental health issues, we may recommend seeking therapy alongside our coaching services to ensure you receive the holistic support you need.
We are based in KwaZulu Natal, at Next Level Ballito Lifestyle Center at The Studios. We are not a conventional life coaching /counseling company. We work mostly remotely however we do make a few exceptions for special cases for contact consultations. This allows us to reduce the costs of our services and provide accessible, affordable mental health support to those who need it.
No, currently we do not accept medical aid you will have to make a direct deposit before each session.
Every case is unique, however, you can expect a safe, private space where no one will be judging you. Expect a lot of humour because we believe that laughter is the best medicine. The sessions are very chilled and relaxed you will talk to a human being, not a robot. You will be treated with respect and confidentiality. Expect a lot of love and happiness. Our job is not done until we put a smile on your face.

How long will it take until I feel better?
People are different and they all deal with challenges differently. Therefore there is no definite answer as to how long it would take. Some might take one day, two days, a week others a month to achieve a breakthrough. You just have to trust the process. When you feel that you have achieved your breakthrough you may stop taking sessions. After all, you are not in a psychiatric hospital (yet).
